The electricity is going out here in Venezuela.
Like, every state has a schedule type of thing of when their electricity goes out.
Different parts in Maracaibo have different schedules.
Altos de jalisco, where Im staying, the electricity went out from 11 to 3.
EVERYONE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS OUTSIDE.
It was super funny. Then when it came back on, everyone started cheering. Bahaha. (:
In caracas, I think its from 7 to 11?
Yeaahh. Chavez says we need to conserve electricity.
